All products offered on DEEHA STORE (such as video editing bundles, AI reels packs, graphic presets, templates, and e-books) are intangible digital goods.

Unlike physical products, digital files are delivered instantly upon successful payment via online download links and email access. Once a file is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be physically returned.

2. General Non-Refundable Policy

Because of the nature of digital goods and immediate access:

  • All sales are final: Once your payment is verified and access/download links are delivered, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Order Cancellation
